This is the wildcats fitness challenge Pro-Version. With this you will be able to complete the 6 week challenge at your own Leisure (Try do it within the 6 weeks for best results) and really deep dive into all the movements repeatedly as you will have this by your side for life.

With the Pro-Version it does not come with the live events but you will be able to inquire about the up grade if you are interested to find out of all the added hidden bonuses that are within the live version. The 6-week WildCats fitness challenge is designed to take participants from a basic level to an intermediate level of fitness. The program focuses on breaking down exercises into a simple step system to build confidence and self-esteem, helping individuals transition from gym-intimidation to gym confidence with ease. Main sessions are between 45 minutes to 1 hour long, with exercise inductions lasting around 10-20 minutes. The program includes 3 classes a week, gradually increasing to 4 classes per week over the 6-week period.
